Fix distributor latency panel (#8760)

**What this PR does / why we need it**:

https://github.com/grafana/loki/pull/8247 changes a metric generated by
a recording rule. This fixes the "Distributor Panel" to use this
different metric. Tested by changing the "Distributor Panel" manually to
see it showed results.
