Rens Groothuijsen	9dbdcb3fce	[loki] Replace deprecated MinIO environment variables (#9244 ) What this PR does / why we need it: This PR replaces the deprecated `MINIO_ACCESS_KEY` and `MINIO_SECRET_KEY` environment variables in the Docker Compose templates with their new names `MINIO_ROOT_USER` and `MINIO_ROOT_PASSWORD`. This change has only been applied to the templates which do not have a pinned MinIO version.
