Cyril Tovena	a47a76cdb5	Fixes 500 when query is outside of max_query_lookback (#4902) ... * Fixes 500 when query is outside of max_query_lookback We were using cortex middleware to apply this limit, but when the max_query_lookback was enforced it was generating a reponse that is not known to Loki. And since Loki frontend support many other type of reponses (Series,Labels,...) I had to fork the code in Loki. I added a regression tests and also enforce the limit for labels API which was for some reason omitted. Found out the hard way that sharding might not listen correctly to context and so still run queries after the upstream request ends. This can lead to panic when scheduling work which send on a closed channel. I've added a safe guard to wait for all jobs to end before ending the original request but also attemped to fix the sharding downstreamer to properly stop sending work when context is closed. Build on top of #2436 and adds the ability to split label names queries. Those queries are heavy to run for long period and so splitting by day should improve query performance.
