Cyril Tovena	f1c4ba2f59	Add zstd and flate compressions algorithms. (#3064 ) * Add zstd and flate compressions algorithms. zstd has the highest ratio of all while flate is very simalar to gzip. I'm adding those mainly for posterity and to keep them benchmarked. This also update gzip and lz4 library which both have been improved.
