At the moment, it isn't possible to remove the memberlist defaults. Graham Rounds	fce2b3cc7e	Helm: Quote tenantId value in logsInstance (#9486 ) What this PR does / why we need it: Quotes the value of `tenantId` for the cases where tenantId is made up of only numerical values (i.e. if tenantId is `0`) the motivation for this is that we have long used the tenant id `0` in our loki instance for some stuff. We probably should fix that, but it's going to be easier (at least for us) to patch this than to rename this tenant or migrate to a new tenant. Sandeep Sukhani	d10549e3ec	helm: release a new helm charts to use k8s service for discover query-scheduler replicas (#9477 ) What this PR does / why we need it: Currently, we have a bug in our code when running Loki in SSD mode and using the ring for query-scheduler discovery. It causes queries to not be distributed to all the available read pods. I have explained the issue in detail in [the PR which fixes the code](https://github.com/grafana/loki/pull/9471). Since this bug causes a major query performance impact and code release might take time, in this PR we are doing a new helm release which fixes the issue by using the k8s service for discovering `query-scheduler` replicas. Rewrite the regular expressions for exact or prefix matches because they are matching in places where they shouldn't be (due to a missing anchor (`^`)), which is also causing inefficiency. Exact and prefix matches are also easy to understand because they are the longest matches regardless of the order in which they are listed. 2. Change the destination of the following Ruler API from `$readUrl` to `$backendUrl` because setting `LegacyReadTarget=false` cause it to stop functioning. (Fix #9214) - `/api/prom/rules` - `/api/prom/rules/` - `/loki/api/v1/rules` - `/loki/api/v1/rules/` 3. Trevor Whitney	0f4a7f4d92	[helm] Bump GEL version, default to 3 scalable targets (#9170 ) What this PR does / why we need it: This PR bumps the GEL version to match the Loki version that was added in version 5 of the helm chart. With these new versions we can now default to 3 targets in scalable mode `read`, `write`, and `backend`. This PR also fixes 2 bugs when running in scalable mode: * the gateway should forward requests to the admin api to the `backend` target when running 3 targets * the index gateway should default to using `ring` mode, which will allow the queriers in the new `read` target to find the index gateway address for their index gateway clients via the ring.	3 years ago

However, since the coredns pod always names the port "dns" we could use this name.
