Michel Hollands	93b07f7a6f	Fix docs script and recreate reference (#10072) ... **What this PR does / why we need it**: The changes to the helm docs in PR https://github.com/grafana/loki/pull/9974 missed out a corresponding change needed in `docs/Makefile`.
