Ivan Tcholakov 20594dc3ee Bug #1370 - Training backup tool: Adding possibility to process with this tool the test orphan questions. Orphan questions may be archieved, restored and *deleted*. Now it seems to me that the option "Delete everything" is real.

Ivan Tcholakov 5dbef9dc70 Bug #1370 - Training backup tool: Fixing the function mkdirr(), it did not worked on Windows. Fixing the function rmdirr(), a sanity check has been added. Previously the function rmdirr() triggered some warnings, I don't remember the cases exactly (Ivan).
