Yannick Warnier	6c3df15b50	[svn r11579] Added simple api_mail_html() function that deals with alternatives (sends HTML AND text content using the right header to allow graceful downgrade). ... The need was introduced by the more common use of FCKEditor in e-mail composer forms. The simple api_mail() function doesn't deal correctly with HTML content.	19 years ago
