ywarnier 19107babdf Adding check for timezone extension, otherwise skipping, in upgrade from 1.8.6.2 to 1.8.7. Avoids fatal error blocking the installation process right in the middle, but possibly breaks datetimes in database for much later versions (when PHP 5.2 is enabled).
