Remove sql_mode ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY setting
...
When this is set there's the following error:
SELECT list is not in GROUP BY clause and contains nonaggregated column
lp_view.view_count which is not functionally dependent on columns
in GROUP BY clause; this is incompatible with
sql_mode=only_full_group_by

- create file, edit resource, and show actions implemented:
When a new CDocument is created the 3 tables are filled:
ResourceNode, ResourceLink, ResourceRights.
- Not yet added to the "classic" document list
- Database migrations from v1 to v2 (requires testing)
