During the global initialization, when a database error occurs before Security (+HTMLPurifier) class has been loaded, then api_sql_query() fails to show its message. A fatal error occures, like "Class 'HTMLPurifier' not found in C:\Users\.......\dokeos\main\inc\lib\security.lib.php on line 250". Fixed.	16 years ago
