The file is a problem when upgrading because it is in a directory that doesn't allow for edition by the webserver. By moving the version information into inc/conf/configuration.php, we can edit the config file (and the version) at the end of the upgrade process. Overwriting the file with the new version of Dokeos was a problem because it prevented detecting the previous version of the campus.	17 years ago
