Török Edvin	6a21552ef2	have configure define NDEBUG unless we use --enable-debug, instead of having ... to #ifndef CL_DEBUG #define NDEBUG #endif in each .c file that uses assert. WARNING: On a 64-bit multiarch OS, this will by default install libclamav into /usr/local/lib64, if your system uses /usr/local/lib for 32bit apps.
