Christian Paier	9476ce70ed	Removes misleading error message in occ files:scan for new users. Previously the occ files:scan command printed an error message for any new users without any files/folders in the data directory. With this change only users with any file/folder is scanned. Vincent Petry	67ebe75d0e	Move storage encoding compatibility warning logic The encoding check for file names is now happening the Scanner, and an event will be emitted only if the storage doesn't contain the encoding compatibility wrapper. The event is listened to by the occ scan command to be able to display a warning in case of file name mismatches when they have NFD encoding. Christoph Wurst	caff1023ea	Format control structures, classes, methods and function To continue this formatting madness, here's a tiny patch that adds unified formatting for control structures like if and loops as well as classes, their methods and anonymous functions. This basically forces the constructs to start on the same line. This is not exactly what PSR2 wants, but I think we can have a few exceptions with "our" style. The starting of braces on the same line is pracrically standard for our code. This also removes and empty lines from method/function bodies at the beginning and end.
