Carl Schwan	bfc7d5dd9f	feat(preview): Implement scanning for previews This work similarly to the move preview job to migrate the previews to the new DB table and also reuse some code. So when we are finding files in appdata/preview, try adding them to the oc_previews table and delete them from the oc_filecache table. Vincent Petry	67ebe75d0e	Move storage encoding compatibility warning logic The encoding check for file names is now happening the Scanner, and an event will be emitted only if the storage doesn't contain the encoding compatibility wrapper. The event is listened to by the occ scan command to be able to display a warning in case of file name mismatches when they have NFD encoding.
