Roeland Jago Douma	e953205908	Use HTTP1.1 to read S3 objects ... Some of the READs otherwise use HTTP/1.0 which is not always supported by all backends. The main use case here is storage provided versioning where we dont have separate file ids for all the versions, by allowing a prefix for the version we can store separate previews for all the versions. Christoph Wurst	7d1fc2b8e8	Fix missing login hook wih Apache/SAML ... Without this patch the hook does not transport the information whether the login is done with an app password or not. The suspicious login app requires the parameter to function correctly, hence adding it will make suspicious login detection also possible with SAML users. The header is the full http header like: HTTP/1.1 304 Not Modified So comparing this to an int always yields false This also makes the 304 RFC compliant as the resulting content length should otherwise be the length of the message and not 0.
