Ferdinand Thiessen	576d78c7b0	test: resolve potential flaky Playwright tests - UnifiedSearchPage: expose the popover's polite status region and add waitForSettledResults(), which waits for the settled result count. That is the component's own "all providers answered" signal, so no arbitrary delay is needed. activeOptionId() asserts the attribute before reading it so a mid-flight list cannot yield null. - header-unified-search: the three selection-dependent tests settle the search before reading the selection; Enter's navigation is awaited with a pre-armed waitForURL, since the /f/<id> redirect can outlive the default assertion timeout. - admin-settings-limit-to-same-group: create the shared groups once in beforeAll instead of per test, moving two occ round-trips out of each test's timeout. - FilesListPage: bound the previously unbounded waits, so a row or list that never renders fails fast and names the missing element instead of surfacing as a bare test timeout. - playwright.config: allow 1.5x the default test timeout on CI, where the server is shared and every step is slower. Ferdinand Thiessen	6e92f3b02a	test: reduce flakyness of files version tests Those tests are pretty slow, even locally they took 11s for one test. Timeout is 30s, so on crowded CI this often failed. Fixed with: 1. Reduce number of page loads by simply navigating back to parent folder using breadcrumbs (reduces run time by 4s per test locally) 2. Mark as slow as setup still takes some time. Ferdinand Thiessen	bca2c7f229	fix(files): proper accessible row name and title for overflow - resolves https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/59203 - resolves https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/56611 In the files list before this the accessible name of the button (default action) was overridden to the default action display name. But this causes problem for screen readers because then the whole table row is just called "view" or "download" instead of using the inner text (e.g. "filename.txt"). This fixes it to rename it `ACTION: FILENAME` instead. Also when long names were truncated there were no useful title (tooltip) for it, so it was not possible to get the real name.
