Daniel Calviño Sánchez	8b7aad82c7	fix: Fix button alignment for email templates in Outlook The button group generated in email templates is expected to show the two buttons side by side in a single row, but in Outlook both buttons took the full width of the wrapper row and each button was shown in its own row. To solve that the buttons are wrapped in an additional table that shows each button in its own cell, limiting their width and showing them in a single row; this is done conditionally and only applied in Outlook, so it should not affect other clients. Minor cleanup: bugs found by Psalm static checker IEMailTemplate: The public interface to addBodyListItem also needs to include the new plainIndent parameter. IMipPlugin: Fixes an undefined variable for events that do not have DTEND. Also use explicit string conversion for parameters and properties in several places. The new email template adds an additional blank line before "button" links in plain text, so the tests were fixed to include that additional blank line. zulan	cf266ee004	Get l10n within NewUserMailHelper to ensure it always uses the new user's language. Some related tests had to be changed because they relied on internals, see also from the PHPUnit documentation: "Exercise caution when using [the at] matcher as it can lead to brittle tests which are too closely tied to specific implementation details."
