Scott Shambarger	edf946dfc7	Correctly handle emtpy string in proxyuserpwd config ... As documented, the default value for config value proxyuserpwd is ''. However, that value results in the error: "cURL error 5: Unsupported proxy syntax in '@'". According to the array_merge documentation, "If the input arrays have the same string keys, then the later value for that key will overwrite the previous one."
