I saw instances where people had a lot of files (each with custom properties) and all this prefetching blew up and started to consume an insane amount of RAM resulting in the process getting killed. Roeland Jago Douma	3720add736	Add a wrapper to determine if a file is EOF ... The stream is already closed at this point. Which means feof will always return false. Robin Appelman	93de63777e	extend storage api to allow directly writing a stream to storage ... this removes the need for temporary storages with some external storage backends.
