Ferdinand Thiessen	37d53d6b79	feat(cypress): Always run cypress CI in parallel (independent from cypress.io) ... The server always exceeds the free Cypress.io time so there is no benefit using it unless we go for the enterprise plan. Max	a6d2b20579	fix(cypress): runs on integration branches ... Empty `group`, `tag` and `ci-build-id` when `record` is false. When not using cypress cloud these need to be empty.
