Max	337fc110ec	fix: catch ManuallyLockedException and use app context ... The files_lock app may throw ManuallyLockedExceptions when attempting to revert a file that is currently opened. This would prevent the user from rolling back a opened file. Text and Richdocuments handle changes of the file while editing. This is recurrent scenario that we are searching for users and then for each users we fetch the displayName. This is inefficient, so instead try to do one query to fetch everything (e.g. Database backend) or use the already existing DisplayNameCache helper. Ferdinand Thiessen	62c4ae78df	Feature: Provide access to app generated calendars through CalDAV ... This adds CalDAV support for app generated calendars, which are registered to the nextcloud core. This is done by adding a dav plugin which wraps all ICalendarProviders into a Sabre plugin (inspired by the deck app). Add unit test for AppCalendar wrapper plugin and calendar object implementation.
