The SystemTagsInfoViewToggleView is a basic view that renders a label that, when clicked, toggles the visibility of an associated SystemTagsInfoView. In order to keep the view parent agnostic its attachment and detachment to/from the MainfFileInfoView is done in the FilesPlugin.
