Carl Schwan fd3878448b feat(filecache): Scale DB query created when deleting file from filecache ... Instead of creating a CacheEntryRemovedEvent for each deleted files, create a single CacheEntriesRemovedEvent which wrap multiple CacheEntryRemovedEvent.
