Bruce Momjian	5a90bc1fbe	The attached patch contains a couple of fixes in the existing probes and includes a few new ones. - Fixed compilation errors on OS X for probes that use typedefs - Fixed a number of probes to pass ForkNumber per the relation forks patch - The new probes are those that were taken out from the previous submitted patch and required simple fixes. Peter Eisentraut	a7b7b07af3	Enable probes to work with Mac OS X Leopard and other OSes that will support DTrace in the future. Switch from using DTRACE_PROBEn macros to the dynamically generated macros. Use "dtrace -h" to create a header file that contains the dynamically generated macros to be used in the source code instead of the DTRACE_PROBEn macros.
