Simon Riggs	bb7cc2623f	Remove PageSetTLI and rename pd_tli to pd_checksum Remove use of PageSetTLI() from all page manipulation functions and adjust README to indicate change in the way we make changes to pages. Repurpose those bytes into the pd_checksum field and explain how that works in comments about page header. Refactoring ahead of actual feature patch which would make use of the checksum field, arriving later. Tom Lane	629b3af27d	Convert contrib modules to use the extension facility. This isn't fully tested as yet, in particular I'm not sure that the "foo--unpackaged--1.0.sql" scripts are OK. But it's time to get some buildfarm cycles on it. sepgsql is not converted to an extension, mainly because it seems to require a very nonstandard installation process.
