jv	99c0b02499	fix(ruler): Skip dotfiles when listing local rule files (#21519) ... When the ruler uses local filesystem storage for rule files, it scans the rules directory and attempts to parse every non-directory entry as a YAML rule file. This picks up any files starting with a dot (`.`), e.g. swap files and mounted k8s config maps. This change fixes this by ignoring "dotfiles".	5 days ago

With the removal of deprecated storage backends, the Loki jsonnet library is also cleaned up to reflect these changes. Affected configuration flags are: - `$._config.using_shipper_store` - any usages defaulted to `true` - `$._config.using_boltdb_shipper` - any usages defaulted to `false` - `$._config.using_tsdb_shipper` - any usages defaulted to `true` This change may update both command line arguments and the Loki config. If you've been using or overriding one of the three aforementioned configuration options, please remove them and replace them with the new defaults.	6 days ago

The support for the BoltDB storage (for indexes) has been deprecated with the release of Loki 3.0 in April 2024 (see https://github.com/grafana/loki/releases/tag/v3.0.0) ⚠️ **This PR removes the BoltDB storage backend completely.** The classic Loki architecture will support TSDB shipper (chunks + tsdb on object storage) only.
