Ivan Tcholakov	e5c9dddad1	Feature #5397 - There are two methods in Database class that do the same thing: Database::get_last_insert_id() and Database::insert_id(). Let us deprecate Database::get_last_insert_id(), it is longer and it doesn't follow the intuitive pattern for replacement mysql_* --> Database::*.
